There's no wrong time to update your family photographs! Every season offers something unique. Spring and summer provide beautiful outdoor backdrops, while autumn brings rich colours and cosy textures. Studio sessions are available all year round and offer a timeless look whatever the weather.
The ideal time for a newborn photoshoot is within the first 2-3 weeks after birth. During this time, babies are usually sleepier and easier to pose for classic newborn photography. At Tiny Adventure Studios, we recommend reserving your newborn photography session during pregnancy, as we only accept a limited number of newborn bookings each month
Yes! Many Tiny Adventure studios offer both studio and outdoor family photography. Whether you prefer the timeless look of our purpose-built studio or the natural beauty of an outdoor location, we'll help you choose the perfect setting for your family.
Absolutely! Multi-generational family portraits are incredibly special, and grandparents are always welcome to join your session. If you'd like to include extended family members, simply let us know when booking so we can plan accordingly.
Many families bring along the dog(s!) they are one of the family after all!
Not at all! In fact, we expect children to be children. Our photographers use play, conversation and gentle guidance to capture genuine smiles, laughter and natural interactions rather than stiff, posed photographs.
We'll send you our style guide before your session with lots of inspiration. We recommend choosing outfits that complement each other rather than matching exactly. Soft, neutral colours and simple textures help keep the focus on your family's connections and personalities.
Most family photography sessions last around one hour, giving everyone plenty of time to relax while we create a wonderful variety of images.
Once your images have been professionally edited, you'll be invited back to the studio for your private cinematic viewing. This is where you'll enjoy your gallery for the first time and choose the digital collection, wall art, albums or keepsakes that are perfect for your family.
